CLIENT REGISTRATION Consumers interested in paying using mATM payments may join the program as follows: 1. Obtain an mATM-enabled SIM card 2. Subscribe to a participating mobile network operator that issues the SIM Card 3. Complete mATM User Registration at participating banks. 4. Activate your mATM Service Access after completing mATM User Registration at your bank. MERCHANT REGISTRATION Merchants interested in accepting mATM payments from their clients must first register with eMobile to join the program. Once registered, eMobile will provide the merchant an mATM Payment Starter Kit that includes: 1. A unique mATM Merchant Number that has been assigned to the merchant. This number is required when the merchants open a merchant account at participating mATM member banks. 2. An MPOS SIM Card that the merchant can activate either using their existing mobile subscription or a new mobile subscription with the mobile network operator that issues the SIM Card. 3.
