eMobile Ltd was formed in June 2000 by former IBM & local MNC executives with a combined total of over 45 years of IT industry experience. The company's headquarter is located in Singapore with an established subsidiaries in Indonesia and Vietnam.

Our goal is to become a leading player in the region to provide innovative cross-industry mobile commerce solutions and services. eMobile Ltd will offer these solutions & services either directly or through its own subsidiaries and/or business partners.

As part of our mATM service rollout in the region, PT eMobile Indonesia, formed in May 2004, and eMobile Vietnam Co Ltd, formed in July 2006, as eMobile Ltd's subsidiaries to develop, market and support our mATM services in Indonesia and Vietnam.

Our subsidiaries primary goal is to be the market leader in delivering innovative mobile banking and payment services in the region.

In August 2007,eMobile International Inc. was incorporated in Canada to distribute and support eMobile Ltd's Mobile ATM products in the Americas, Middle East, and Africa region.

Our corporate mission is to offer an economical and practical delivery of mobile commerce to the average consumer. Our immediate focus is to provide an efficient and secure extension to retail banking and payment services to the consumers' mobile phone.
